‘The Illustrated History of Mushroom One’ tells the mythological origins of HENGE, following their psychedelic odyssey through the pre-intelligent universe.
A collaboration between HENGE and The Glitch Collective, the film uses a combination of live action, illustration, animation and media synthesis from artists all over Planet Earth.

It is true, the resemblance is uncanny. I feel Henge has completely developed songs and not just short bits, but def takes over where the Boosh left off.

I have only just discovered Henge . They make me think of the great Hawkwind in their style . Henge are a breath of fresh air in a world full of plastic bands and autotune singers who can't sing or play any instrument . So carry on Henge we need bands like you .

Still stunned that HENGE have been around for a few years, yet I only learned of them this year. Buy their albums! See them live! Wear the T-shirts! We need to nourish and support this awesome musical creativity. The Manchester gig was a total blast - already can’t wait for the Tunbridge Wells gig!

Just noticed you uploaded this on my 49th earth birthday - thank you.
I saw them last night at The Parish Pump, Huddersfield. My god they were amazing. I have to confess I wasn't too familiar with their music beforehand but they just blew me away! Very progressive in style, just my thing. The Parish is a really nice little venue. Maybe 400-500 capacity. It was perfect and the crowd were all lovely guys and gals. Can't wait to see them all again next time. I am now definitely a fan of Henge and the lovely crowd who follow them xxx
Like a weird fusion of the Stranglers, Devo and Jethro Tull but completely unique sound. Got tickets for Leeds cant wait, wonderful stuff.... came across them by accident on CZcams.

I saw this band in Brighton, I think I met the drummer, he sold me a record, he was pretending to be in human form, I asked to buy a cassette but seemed confused about it, I don't think he felt comfortable in human form.
