When the world is a bit safer, you guys should so collab and do a cheat day together with Jade & Rob 💕 The London cheesecake definitely remind me a Jade too. Mini pastries are my go to. They remind me of holidays ☀️ I don’t have a full English breakfast, I’m all about the pastries! I’m putting jus roll on the shopping list this week and make some of the jus roll recipes 🥰 Amazing video guys xx

We base it on how we are feeling really but normally one a week or every 2 weeks 😋 We try to find a balance between eating well and indulging every now and then! X
The key word for us is BALANCE! We so rarely have cheat days that we really enjoy them. We think it’s about really listening to your body, for all kinds of eating (both cheat days and ‘normal days’) If you do choose to have cheat days, that’s what works for you!! We personally choose to eat things we’ve been looking forward to/not had for a while. We also don’t do full restriction during the week, so it helps balance out what our bodies crave alongside gym/training. We can definitely sympathise with what you’re saying, but truly listen to your body and at the end of the day food is amazing and fuelling our bodies is so important. Don’t let food guilt weigh down on you ❤️
