I am still listening to you but I just need to share my wholehearted appreciation and gratitude, Elishevah and David, the way you delve into the themes, in such a grounded, relatable way is gold. And your unique contributions together. I am back into following kabbalah after a time. I would have to say that probably all of my pain and struggles can be summarized in the word family, and my whole life has been/still is in hostage emotionally because of those challenges...so hard to deal with this perspective of having chosen unfairness, gaslighting, narcissistic abuse, denial etc. I keep taking responsibility, pausing, working on not being reactive, but how does one defend oneself without losing love, heart, light, when consistently confronted with denial and blatant abuse and psychological violence? I really feel the pain and struggle of the ethical and heart/loving challenge versus survival defense cutting off all communication...
