It is not an exaggeration to say that Mansoor Ali Shabab is a living legend of Khowar poetry. He is a universally renowned name in Chitral and Gilgit Baltistan due to his lifelong service and dedication to Khowar folk music.
Shabab’s efforts have chronicled the beauty and depth of Khowar poetry and preserved it for future generations to enjoy and cherish. His recordings vary from old folk songs to Ghazals of the new generation.
