- The entry point for getting into PC gaming is becoming much cheaper which I'm so happy to see. For anyone that has priced out a custom PC you know it can be very expensive. The past couple years we have seen that price come down. This monitor from @KTC1995 offers great performance at a price point that wont break the bank. Now this does have it's limitations but if you're okay with some of those then this offers a ton for those looking to get into PC gaming. If you have any questions about this let me know in the comment section.

Thank you for actually owning and reviewing the monitor, and not being some AI chatbot reading off the spec sheet from amazon
A good straightforward review.
Nice. Sound like a great performance budget display for aspiring competitive FPS player, or souls like games where performance counts.
great video so informative
awesome looking monitor
Always a good thing when PC gaming becomes ever more accessible for the masses.
Should i buy this one or the asus tuf gaming vg249q1a? I play on ps5 and those two monitors apparently have the lowest input lag possible for the cheap price
Close call, i haven’t used the TUF but i might go with that one
I have this exact model and everything is fine but when change the refresh rate to 165 it cycles through many colors and 60hz seems to be working properly
It just keeps cycling through colors?
I had a question why on my ps5 I can’t access the color or blue light or some of the features for display?
Depends on if HDR is one or off or limitations of it being in a picture preset
How is it so far? Its on sale on amazon $129 with $30 coupon addition. Should I go for it?
Great monitor at that price 👍🏻
@@1UpNerdcore is it good for a long term monitor?
@@EN-xz9qp he mentioned it has a 3 year warranty so it should be fine
There are two versions of this monitor on Amazon, one with a matte screen and one with a glossy screen, which one do you have
I have the matte finish one
@@1UpNerdcore would you recommend a glossy or a matte screen
It’s personal preference. I like matte
If i connect it to my laptop via HDMI port, will i get the full 165hz refresh rate?
You should be able to
Anyone know how this compares to the Koorui 24e3?
This one is far better bro, it has 2.8 Ms of input lag, that makes it one of the fastest monitor
1 up nerdcore I got my monitor and I turned it on and it was a black screen saying power saving I don’t have a home screen like that where shoulder wedges and google and stuff I need help I don’t have a PC do I need a PC to work it but the only thing I can do is put my
Console in it
You need to check your cable and make sure it’s all the way in. If that doesn’t help try a new cable and then try to change the input to the hdmi cable in the panel menu.
I wanted to know if the 165hz mode works with a HDMI 2.0 cable or if we should use the displayport in order to obtain this config. Thank you so much!
I got 165hz with box ports but hdmi was limited with hdr to 144hz if I remember correctly
@@1UpNerdcore Ohhh I see, tysm. if I deactivate the HDR will I be able to get 165hz or it doesn't matter?
they didn't put better stand is a miss opportunity, gigabyte can offer that
I’m reviewing a gigabyte monitor that’s very similar soon so I’ll get to compare
