Manufacturers have gotten really good about controlling it these days, but that doesn't change the physics. 200cc's is more than enough to load and unload the front suspension, doubly so if you're just treating the throttle like a child with a light switch. Riding like this is asking for a tank slapper.

@2:16 I've suffered a similar injury, I got a AC ligament separation and had to have it reconstructed from a speed wobble I've been off two wheels for a year almost.... I'm just getting to physical therapy. My itch is real, be safe and careful the pain of not being able to ride has been the most unbearable part of this experience.

Most riders run first to pick up the bike instead of rescuing the rider. Do you know why ? Because most of them had no idea about first aid and they are scare to do anything.

It depends on the situation, because some motorcycles do not automatically shut off the engine when the bike drops.
Imagine the fuel tank is damaged and fuel spills onto the road.
If the engine keeps running, events are very unpredictable, and even fire or an explosion or other obnoxious things are possible.
I’m a 20 year paramedic and a rider. If I go down please switch off my bike before rendering aid. Thanks.
