Sir, This trick of taking LG to be 1 & GL to be 2 is only valid when you are counting the months after February. If the months are January and February, then case will be exactly opposite. LG will be 2 & GL will be 1.

One thing you forgot to mention that this extra day depend only with Feb. If it's LY then extra 2 days & if it's Normal Year then extra 1 day.

I feel something wrong here. The first part of the trick doesn't work if it is before February and after February. e.g same date on jan LG is +2 and same date on march LG is +1.

Hey! I have a really tough time remembering methods. So, maine sir ki ek pichli video dekhi thi jismai vo ek particular date month and year ka day nikaalna sikhaate hai. So what I do is mai aise jo questions hote hai mai first part ko ignore karti hu. I go to the second part jiss date/month/year ke date ke baare mai pucha gaya hai and usko directly solve karti hu instead of checking ki pehle part mai jo date month year tha uski kya dAte thi.
So healful for my entrance exa thanku so much🤗👏👏✌✌

Regarding the second last problem, what if it's 1st December,1981 to 1st December 1991 and add 2 leap year, we get 4 divided by 7 in which the answer are in decimals. How do we calculate that?
No add reminder with the given day then u will get Ur required day

The trick of +2 is wrong,as it's not applicable for { 27th June 2021-Sunday & 27th June 2020- Saturday}. But if we add +2 the answer comes to be Tuesday.

Why we add +2 ?? we are going from leap year to general year that means we have to add 1 here . nothing wrong all right.
you didn't mentioned if going from leap year to general year +1 if month in leap year is after feb , if before feb then +2 will be there for example : 13 Feb 1964 is Thursday then 13 feb 1965 is is Saturday. Pin this comment if this is right📌

If 21 January 1964 is Tuesday then which day of the week is 21 January 1965? Here you cannot use +1 or LG
21 January 1965 is Thursday.
February 1964 had 29 days. February comes after January, so here it will be (Day) + 2. Answer is Thursday
So the trick is not upto mark which is told by sir ??🙄
