I wish she’d have a cookbook.. boom... I should have realized.. it was coming!! Lol I like the unusual recipes.. example.. the sweet potato with eggs.. I’m hoping into get this book as a birthday gift!! 🌻

Thanks for your video. I was in the midst of making the Mini Manchego and Chive Cauliflower Biscuits (aka mini-muffins) and found your review. This recipe has too many steps (and took me too long ~2 hours). The recipe calls for one head cauliflower and they vary widely in size so I would have liked to see a # cups of cauliflower noted or "small to medium" in the description because large was too much. I used a large one and realized this mid-way through so made 1 1/2 batches of all of the other ingredients. The 1 1/2 batches made 36 mini muffins plus 3 regular size muffins. On the second baking step when we put the mini-muffin pans in the oven, I recommend using an oven heated to 400 (not 425). The end result is good and attractive so happy but probably won't make them often! Thanks again for your video!
There are some good recipes but if you’re a little picky about your cookbook shelf, like me, then I might skip it and buy something else from her :) thanks for watching!

I’m a huge Kristin fan since her Laguna Beach days but sounds like I won’t be picking this cookbook up lol, thanks for the honest review!
