    Ingredients
    Flour mixture
    1. 3 bowls mung bean flour, divided into 3 portions (1 bowl each)
    2. 15 bowls drinking water, divided into 3 portions (5 bowls each)
    3. Food coloring, including green, pink, and white (by using drinking water)
    Syrup
    1. 5 bowls granulated sugar
    2. 1 bowl scented water
    3. 1 and ½ bowl coconut cream
    Recipe
    1. Mix sugar with water and bring to a boil until becoming syrupy. Then add coconut milk into the pot.
    2. Dissolve bean flour with water following with each color individually until combining well then filter. Put into a pan and heat until the batter is cooked through but not too runny.
    3. Put sarim press on the container filled with cold water.
    4. Pour the stirred flour mixture into the bottom half of the sarim press until full. Then press the dough down equally through the holes into a bowl of cold water. When sarim noodles cool down and are formed, scoop up and drain well.
    5. Repeat all the above steps until completed with all colors.
    6. Serve sarim noodles with coconut milk syrup and ice.
