Sir you are little wrong here in giving information about HIDA scan you said it not discover the site of leak but in blumgard it's clearly mention that HIDA can detect the leak and site of leak and blumgard is the Bible of hepatobiliary surgery

Pulsatile swelling is before rupture.Not after.....ruptured abdominal anuerysm is in retroperitoneum and you may not get frank acute abdominal signs.Patient is sick and vague abd finding.Check femoral pulses

Hii sir! In Question No. 12 ...they asked most sensitive test to detect bile leak. That's why I marked it HIDA.
You are right bro dont worry most sensitive and accurate test fir bile leak and detection is hida but gold standard is ercp
