Living in Italy we have seen them blow their glass in Murano. I have 2 glass Murano necklace’s! Need to go back and purchase a vase.

Really miss this style haul video’s. Though, I’m happy that your business is growing and changing with the growth. You are responsible for many of my vintage obsessions. I found a (strongly suspect Murano) artglass ashtray for $7.50 at a thrift store and a Westmoreland, slag glass, hen on nest (which hit 3 of my need to find categories) for $15, at a garage sale. You get me excited for things that I find challenging and fun. Happy Holidays to you and your family.

The glass you bought with the goldfish is made in Mexico, I live in the Texas, they were popular in the 80’s.

Rebecca my grandma's uncle lives in Brownsville. They send and bring us alot of that same glass ( well use to all elderly now). I have a cat with fish in belly marked Mexico. Vases pottery some marked hand painted. They also make clowns like Murano clowns in 60's and 70's. Some are hollow and not solid but as far as looks. The Mex ones are a dead ringer. You have a nice day.
So much beautiful art glass. I also love art glass. I do have a question, does Murano always buff the bottom of their glass? I thought so as well but another collector and seller that I watch on utube was going over some art glass that he bought and called a piece Murano and the bottom was not shiny, it wasn’t just scratched up, it was clearly never buffed up to be shiny.

I have a pair of vases listed that appear to be the same shape as the vase with the asymmetrical handles. Mine are an ivory lusterware with gold handles, but one is marked Pearl China Co and the word pearl is in a sea shell.

Gurl don’t hesitate to buy so the candle holders because eclectic people like myself love to decorate with things that don’t always match like a few different candies holders mixed together can look good in a group especially in similar color schemes

Glassworkers around the world (not just Murano) have made - and still make - bullicante, cased, polished pontil mark pieces. The pieces identified as Murano might be Whitefriars, or Kosta, Erickson, Blenko, Aseda, etc.

@Crazy Lamp Lady Look up "Windsor Brown" by Roseville Pottery to check the brown vase. There is a white, high gloss version the seller thinks is Hull or Shawnee but it has a very visible mark of "04" on the bottom. It’s on a website called Rubylane & the seller is BEJEWELED. She calls it a "White Glaze, Asymmetrical Two Handled Vase". I don’t know anything about Shawnee, but I’ve grown up with a mom who has a huge Roseville collection & we went to auctions, flea markets, antique shows, etc. from as long as I can remember! In the process, I have acquired a decent amount of knowledge in Hull & Weller. I LOVE the phone cord purse!! I didn’t know anything about them so now I need to do some research, LOL 😂! As always TFS, especially the haul portion discussing the why’s & why nots you purchase something! I’m also sending prayers for your brother & I haven’t stopped praying that your family member’s test was negative! I do that every once in awhile- think about something and then walk in and find it. Just the other day I thought I would find a Fenton milk glass hobnail butter dish and lo and behold walked in and there it was. I don't even like milk glass, such a weird thing to think about. I just wish my premonitions were as profitable as yours!
