I hope Mercedes continues this series! It really gives a great perspective on a Benz, after it left the showroom floor decades ago. This is what Mercedes represents for me.

Nice. Interesting perspective on the USA headlights/bumpers - cant say I agree though. About the steering - at the time Mercedes was keen on preventing "unwanted steering inputs" from causing the car to swerve off course, hence the free play in the middle and significant inputs required to actually turn. 107's are fabulous cars and finally getting the recognition they have always deserved. I have an '81 Australian delivered 380 SL. Fortunately 380's delivered to Australia had double row timing chains (not single as in USA) but one should still change at 100,000 klm. Superb driving vehicles which encourage you to use them!
Will the next one be about the R129? If so, then amazing! Make sure to ask him about how he feels about cars with no screens and just pure mechanics :)
Maybe it's just me, but you're in Berlin, yet both Merc's have Schweinfurt license plates??? Isn't it mandated to have local plates when you live in the area in Germany?

I wish if Bob Marley's SL were restored by Mercedes to its original state. I think Hugh Shearer had an SL former Prime Minister of Jamaica. This reggae artist from Vere Claren Jamaica is Freddie Mcgregor had one. This car featured a n Dallas and Dynasty during the eighties. It had a long production run but the Rolls-Royce Corniche was the big deal back then. House and land money.

Alex speaks English, Max answers is German. That is unacceptable. It really frustrates me when people do that in Germany & France. They seem to be speaking English quite good when they are abroad on vacation!🥵 👎
