@erhsbboy That's where we disagree. Bite has lost some meaning over the years because the dance is so developed. Very few Bboys actually have moves that are completely original. It isn't like how it was 20 years ago when crews like Battle Squad kept developing new moves. The current age is more about refinement and sequences. As a result when a Bboy flips a move they deem it theirs. That sequence is what they call their own and that's why they'll call bite on it. Otherwise who can call bite?

I've seen many crews who just come out and do routines which sometimes covers up their actual individual ability. If you watch 'battle of the year' it has the showcase first (to show the crews routines) then the battles. When it came to routines Rivers won that hands down but there's no rule about if you do more routines you win, it's all about who's got the moves. Both crews were dope!
@escierda I completely agree, I've watched alot of Rivers battles and their moves are always in flow with the music. Imo I could hardly see any musically in their sets this time.

This battle was amaxing but to be honest its rivers vs a group that has the best of the best mind 180, if it was 180 vs project soul then it'll be a fair fight, not taking anything away from rivers, they'ee amazing but the battle was not fair in my opinion

well guys, judges who are alot more informed and more educated about bboying and people who have sacrificed more for the dance have said that Mind 180 are the winners. Occasionally, judges fuck up but i dont think they screwed up this time. Mind 180 is good. Riverz also did rly well. but Mind 180 was ill as hell.
Why were they calling bite on that move? Born isn't absolutely the only person who does that. I've seen alot of people do that same move where they roll out off of their backs or shoulders onto one arm.
