Many years ago i gave an inmate in NH state prison this book. He read it and received the Holy Spirit. He was Hispanic and prayed with other Hispanics they got baptized in the Holy Spirit as well. He was given privilege by the chaplain to conduct services in Spanish. They had I believe 38 that had been baptized in the Holy Spirit. He got a pardon, then two others that raised up under him that assumed the position of pastor were also pardoned. When i left the prison they were still running strong. Bless the Lord He is the same yesterday, today and forevermore.

Hello brother. I have questions about this I hope you can answer or can refer me. First question is how do I know I'm speaking in true tongues. Two, On the day of Pentecost, as you have stated, the Holy Spirit entered in a profound manner appearing like fire above each person. Now they spike in tongues AS the Spirit lead, they weren't taught what to do it just happened then, whether at same time or later I don't recall exactly but they were filled with power. With this power they where given ability to heal and cast out demons. I have not experienced this "power". I am very much saved and thought I was baptized in Spirit twice. Once though a group called The Way and years later through self prayer as instructed by another pastor. I still fail with some temptations and have even been diagnosed with a blood disease. As far as I'm concerned, based on what I know, these things should not be. It is causing great frustration.
Hello brother when you are born again you have the Holy Spirit living in because The Spirit of God places you or baptizes you into the Body of Christ now once you've asked the Father to fill you with the Spirit which simply is another dimension in the Same Holy Spirit you already have He fills you now by faith all you have to do is start speaking trust the Holy Spirit he gives you the utterance the supernatural words you do the speaking you'll know it when you are speaking in tongues because it wont be your natural language you have learned but given to you by the Spirit once you are filled you can speak pray praise worship God in the spirit tounges is a language of the heart your recreated human spirit .1 Corinthians ch 14 v14 if I pray in tongues it is my Spirit praying by the Holy Spirit that is with in me..it is an act of your will the Holy Spirit is not going to do the talking you do the talking he enables you

You need to trust the Spirit that He will give you the utterance. This will build you up in the spirit. Then you will know you have the power to heal the sick and cast out demons as you spoke of. Trust the Lord. I pray for you now that that blood disease must go and the root cause must also go in the name of Jesus Christ Lord of Lords and King of Kings
In order to be saved/ born again a believer must recieved the Holy Ghost. Just as natural birth is the end result of a process, so is spirutual rebirth. Acts 2:38 is that process. Few believers would say that a christian is saved before they recieve the Holy Spirit. Recieving the Holy Spirit is the baptism of the Holy Spirit. The only sign given in scripture that a believer has recieved the Holy Spirit is the speaking in " tongues".( Acts ch.2,10,and ch.19) Speaking in " tongues" is one spiritual language and the spiritual equivalent of a natiural baby crying when they are born alerting all present that a baby has been born. This is being " born of the Spirit" a d always follows water baptism which is being " born of water"( John 3:5).

For everyone who is born again or born of the Spirit of God you have the Indwelling presence of Holy Spirit living in you is true but just because a person has drunk water is no sign he or she is full of water so I certainly don't agree with anyone saying if a Christian doesn't speak in tongues then there not saved. The New birth is the work of the Holy Spirit so is the baptism ,or the infilling ...while I agree for you to be baptized with water I don't believe water saves you I believe if your saved you should be baptized with water that's important now John 3:5-6 where Jesus was talking to Nicodemus about the water He was speaking of the Word of God as water which cleanses you the Word purifies so He says the water or Word and of the Spirit so we understand it's the Spirit of God working together with the Word of God to change man's inward nature stripping out of him the old Adam self and recreating you v6 says or giving an example letting us now we had a natural physical birth so now it's time to have a Spiritual birth the natural birth is of the physical the spiritual birth is supernatural and is of the Holy Spirit. Well this agree with the prophecy of Ezekiel the Prophet in Ezekiel 36:25-27 Which talks about being sprinkled by or cleansed or wash with the water of the Word and God taking out of us that old nature and creating a new nature and then putting His Spirit within us

Ok now if you will turn with me to Romans 10:9-10 That if you shall confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and shall believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead you shall be saved.for with the heart man believes unto being put into right standing with God and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation. There's many dealings or workings of God's Holy Spirit but only One Holy Spirit..for behold Israel for the Lord our God is One.
