during the council meeting the wardens were invited to discuss the work release feature that was only added because of the council and were told explicitly that they are not deputized and outside of the prison must listen to the police
like explicitly told them to talk to beric after the meeting as homework to get it through to them that during a release they are not above the police and 100% must listen when told "no"

I love how the PD only wanted CG to sit in prison and do nothing. They couldn’t even work their times and fines down 2 days in because they still weren’t charged.
Well, technically Taco and Peanut got out before that since they forgot to give Peanut more time and his 24h expired and Taco had a off day so they totally forgot him and his 24 ran out aswell
Yep they were released due to a "clerical error" and the thing about clerical errors is people never admit to making them if they haven't been caught.

Crazy that the PD expects 6 of CG's biggest members to just sit in jail for days upon days. They STILLLLLLLL have been issued 0 charges lol. So they escaped from prison where they were being held with 0 charges for days.

They're gonna hire carmine back. Nobody else wants to run the prison and the doc role on the server is too important with debtors law to just shut down dog town. Everyone escaped because of police incompetence, they should fire themselves if anything

Also, let's take a minute to think in game here. They keep using "months" and "years" for time and fines, and talk about it having to mean something. Ok. We know that 1 month in prison is 1 minute, and 1 year is one IRL day. SO, in game, these people have been in jail for 3 years now. The PD has not even come up with charges yet - it's a complete joke. You can't spend 3 IRL days coming up with charges, forcing streamers to be in jail for 3 days, and then go mad when DOJ does what they have been authorized to do, take people on work release.
The lifers are in there for life, supposidly for even worse crimes. If they can be on work release, so can CG.
The PD needs to get their head out of their ass and actually consider the fact that you can't spend 8 real hours, 3 days in a row, in prison and not even be CHARGED YET.
yeah not to mention, its horrendeous for content, like yesterday with that whole prison takeover and shootout, thats about the peak the content can go, however you cant do that every... single.... day for god knows how long, they're content creators just like the majority of the server
The charges were going to be 5 days in 5 days out. They were out very soon. Saw it on a cop stream
@@killler240 it was 10 days and a 750k fine for each of them. Then possibly if they plead guilty it would be dropped to 5 days an a 500k fine. With debters law that's still easily 10 - 15 days in jail.
No crime on copixel should be more than 3 days. Even terrorism. That's a softban. And still, even after 3 days they haven't been charged with anything.
@alexmeyer8133 cops don't charge people judges do. That was the recommended from the cops (judges/DOJ would have likely gone lower). By the way, why are you ignoring the fact that many CG suck ups won't pay the fine. The fine is nothing for this group.
What is criminal is still not giving them their charges. That should take a maximum of 1 hour. They've been saying what they are going to push. So, give them their charges and be on with it. Actually pathetic that they havent done that yet. Such incompetency.

As it stands there is nobody to remove time from prison sentences which means debtor's law is grinding out the full time you serve.
20k in debt? Grind jobs in the prison for 5 HOURS. Some people have over 100k in debt rn...
If K and the gang all get charged their 500-750K and get sent to prison with No DOJ, no content, and lets say on average a 300k debt to all the members (CG doesn't have $3-5m lying around), then they all would need to grind jobs with no content or RP for 3 DAYS IN GAME TIME. 75 hours. IF they stream for 8-12 hours a day, thats 6-9 streams, 1-2 weeks of streams, where they would HAVE TO GRIND JOBS.
Throw charges on doc cause you didnt like the outcome, not like carmine intentionally let em go
