My opinion is that it would be the best song for Finland's selection this year. I don't remember that there has ever been a person of the female singing rock at Eurovision, not even that beautifully voice. Fantastic.

Absolutely killed by the angle choices. Key words being angle choices. Even if you factored out the weird camera movement part where there should've been a cut, the fact is the shots that was planned still looked bad. It felt cramped, low energy, and just not as massively scaled as it should've been. I know they were trying to use the flooring as a mirror but often it fails to illustrate that. Please come back Cyan Kicks, you guys would definitely do well.

Also sad news, hate to break it to you, but they already confirmed on an AMA that this would be their last time at a national final :(
@@JustK4Y1512 Later in the performance they do another shot at the floor for the reflection. So I imagine the shot was intended to be that again but either there was too much smoke or it wasn't communicated properly.
That's a shame. I hope they continue to have really successful careers regardless.

That's YLE for you... If you want something to be completely sabotaged, just let YLE handle it. YLE has a reputation of low quality programs and repeated mistakes in Finland. And the funny thing is, their annual budget exceeds €600 million. You would think to get some high quality with that money but no....
@@blinder2786 That's ASSUMING YLE made the decisions for shots. Nah that's on the stage planners for Cyan Kicks. They should've realized "Yeah maybe doing a reflective shot on a inconsistent surface is a bad idea." Especially when other acts didn't nearly have the same issues. This wasn't on YLE, this was on Cyan Kicks' team sadly.

Saw them in Germany in November on their tour with Smash into Pieces, they were so wholesome and put up a good show. They even all stayed at their merch booth and talked to everyone (well...except for Susanna, because she had to rest her voice) 😂. Got their autographs too. Would have loved to vote for them in Eurovision, but I hope they keep trying to represent Finland 🔥

Cyan Kicks have a moderate worldwide fanbase, they need something to push them over the edge to make them mega stars. Not sending them is holding Finland back and holding them back. It's just hurting everyone at this stage.
It's like they are trying to replicate the success of Kaarija which wont happen again, it was his personality and undeniable charisma that won people over.
Think next time if you want to win. I'm in the UK. I own almost everything Cyan Kicks, So do a lot of people throughout all different countries in the world, they ain't really massive like Blind Channel yet but they already grew a fanbase without huge exposure, Something like Eurovision gives them the bigger exposure they lack and they grow more., you have votes already throughout the world. Not sending them in a contest to win is silly, still may not win but it's all about giving yourself the best chance.

Oon ollut Cyan Kiksin fani jo vuodesta 2018 asti kun löysin tän bändin ja oon kuunnellut teidän biisejä siitä saakka. Mielestäni Cyan Kiksin olisi pitänyt päästä Viisuihin jo 2 vuotta sitten vuonna 2022 Hurricanes biisillään. Täytyy kyllä mhöntää että ootte kehittyneet huimasti eteenpäin niiltä ajoilta. Everything is great, except that they really need to do better in *visual presentation* (that's one of the secret sauces for Käärijä's success!). But it's hard for a punk/rock band to have a super stylized visual anyway so can't blame them.
