I spent my Postulancy at St. Michael's Friary in Brooklyn where my formators would call me little Solanus because of my violin "playing". My vocation director (Central Canada Province) back in the day took me to the center before we made the drive down to Brooklyn to begin formation. I have recently reconnected with him and my Capuchin spirituality/roots. I too work as a porter in an assisted living facility and it has been the most fulfilling job I have ever been given by God!

Thank you for sharing. Well, you're certainly in good company! I was working in a job that I also loved and it was a simple job, but I smiled every morning I went to work because it's the most humbling jobs where God shines His light the most.

I heard about Father Casey few days ago. Contacted the prayer center and asked for healing. A deliverance from alcohol, financial breakthrough and for our oldest son to return to his children, siblings and parents. Totally free of woman who compete ly changed him.
