​@@SwishCultures that's the thing, because in Europe we don't have salary cap, rich teams can basically get whoever they want just by offering more money. Eventually, some players make decisions based on coach of the team, if they think certain coach will make them better player, or give them more playing time, but most are still lured with money. It takes special character to make that decision just because of love for the team. I'm not saying Sasha was only one who did that, but it certainly was very small number of players.

Very nice video. I completely agree that coaches today should adjust systems to suit talented players more to unlock their full potential when they are already so good technically coming into the league and physically fitter than ever. Like there should be no more excuses for a good player to not fit into a system and then go to another team and just explode because the coach for whatever reason couldnt find a way to make it work.
