The 2nd message I was lead to last night, which pulled me out of a bad mental space and realigned me to what I knew to be true. Pile 1: so this is gonna sound absolutely bonkers
I recently got a book my friend published, a prayer book for heathen deities that focuses on marginalized and less conventional aspects of the norse pantheon.
I got the urge to open it earlier today and it gave me the prayer to Rán, the goddess of the deep. She is both an ocean deity, a death deity, as well as a hospitality deity.
And I got the WILD hair up my ass to draw directly on the page a scene of the horizon on the ocean, the sun/moon (very ambiguous tbh) rising and illuminating a lone crag of some sort, with an unidentifiable figure perched on it, with fog/mist blurring the scene a bit.
And then you said "if you get seasick and there is no land in sight, look at the horizon"
