There is a reason why ALL major cities in both Australia and Canada always on top world class. If they are students in class, they are the top two with all subjects scored A.
You can buy new properties in Sydney but not used I think. So you stimulate the construction industry but you don’t inflate the price of used properties (but they are already high 😂)
I own a few properties in Montreal and Toronto and I live in Sydney. Should be okay. I only invest in Australia and Canada, the two best countries in the world right now.
@@roamingNwatching i was studying in Melbourne, but i feel like Sydney the downtown is more beautiful. But i love the weather in Melbourne because it's more freezing.
@@roamingNwatching it is official. Melbourne is now Australia's largest city ,India has more people than China and Perth will overtake Brisbane in a few years time as Australia's 3rd largest city 😀..I read that in the Australian beuro of statistics lol

Can a Canadian buy property in Sydney to make it my vacation spot to stay?
Think you can buy a property in Australia as foreign investment. You probably need to pay more stamp duty than local buyers would pay.
