she really needs to start singing her songs like this, like in her natural register instead of trying to imitate her high pitch voice
But she has been singing in her natural register voice tho. She even sung this very song in recent times in her pure natural voice and it was iconic. A lot of people even comment on how deep, mature, and more sexy her voice is now compared to back then. She's not trying to imitate anything.
