If this was my son and he was picking her from the airport with a van and she started walking towards the car that was parked next to the van and refused to put her things at the back of the van and insisted on holding them in her hands, my son would have left her right there at the airport to catch the next flight back to Trinidad, but Bilal kept his cool and went along with the rest of his plans to test this woman’s love and she fail every test he gave her.

He's made it clear that whatever they build together will be his from his perspective and he got her to give up her business to move there, which he doesn't seem to appreciate. I don't think she's asking for anything unreasonable, she's asking to be compensated for the loss of what she already built. Since even if she raised his children and contributed to the household in other ways he has no intention of attributing any value to that, it's not an unreasonable ask at all.

This actually has a simple fix. They can include a clause that upon divorce, if initiated by Shaeeda, the money he puts into the company, up to x amount, will be paid back in x months. With her remaining the sole owner of the business.
The y should definitely do your clause with like a sub clause of unless she initiates the divorce due to infidelity, abuse or his failure to meet his stipulations of the prenup ie baby and so forth.
But if shaheeda becomes a nightmare he might want to divorce her .. y should she be protected but not him
I usually agree with your assessments but with Bilal and Sheeda, I think you constantly miss the mark. All Bilal does is gaslight Sheeda. If she can leave a business/assets, family and life behind to be with someone established who also is adamant that a prenup be signed for his protection then she should be able to do the same.

Y’all watching this show and having so many testimonies of people, getting treated BAD by their American partner, makes me understand why the foreign partner often wait patiently to have the papers…then RUN AWAY. They don’t realize how a big deal it is, to leave everything you have (family, friends, work) for someone. You (Americans) should try to understand that as a foreign partner during the k1 process you can’t work, can’t have your own place, can’t leave the country either (cause the immigration process goes back to 0). Seeing all these horrible persons, makes me feel absolutely not sorry when they’re scammed, left alone

It still going to be hard, costly and take years for me to get my papers if I want to be American. USA is one of the hardest country to immigrate in. So yes foreigners do study etc. YET it’s sill a struggle ! So don’t be quick to judge people for the means they use to improve their life or just be reunited with the person they love.

Cinderella 2 deals with Cinderella finding her place in the palace and fighting against people molding her as the "perfect princess." The prince is away but comes back to tell her he chose her for herself and he knew she had the intelligence, grace, and heart to take responsibility of a princess and later Queen. Three deals with Cinderella and the Prince having to fight to be together. As the evil step mother obtains the magic wand to go back through time and basically gaslights the prince into marrying her other daughters.
She needs to take a "START UP LOAN" from Bilal (rather than a hand out or investment) if she wants to be the sole owner of her Yoga business. She needs to have some assets/ financial foundation of her own for her protection. This way she cannot be controlled/ manipulated by Bilal (or his family) if she also has access to her own finances in case of any fall out or emergency.

I believe in being fair. If you truly care about someone you would want to treat them fairly. These things should have been discussed before she left Trinidad. If you want someone to completely uproot their life to build one with you, you should expect to provide them with security. What that looks like is up to the individual. It’s a red flag to me that Bilal is attempting to secure himself and leave Shaeeda out to dry. I’m tickled that she’s so emotionally and mentally secure. She navigates his bs like a professional. SHAEEDA VS INVESTOR VISA
There is nowhere in the K1 visa rules that says a person has to become your business investor. They come to marry and become wives or husbands with their basic needs catered for by the sponsor. There are other visas by which a foreigner can come as an investor and they have a very different anf competitive criteria. By talking the way she is doing, Bilal can actually have leverage over her and accuse her of trying to change her visa rules to something not stipulated ( which makes her look like a scammer and opportunist/ not fiancee).

Bilal's argument is always "what if you leave me?" He never asks, "what if I leave you?" If he leaves her, she will have invested time for nothing, and will have lost her business in Trinidad. It's a losing situation for her. Therefore he must give her security by gifting her the money for her US business and at least giving her some $$$ in case he discards her. Fair is fair.
