Holy shit lina escaped the house in payback and raced us in NFS heat
NFS Heat is great, but this story was much better for me. NFS Heat didn't had much to go for if you ask me, in this it felt like they put everything on the line. Sure it wasn't just about racing and it the gambling customization thing was horrible but the game was fun all the way through. Races felt kinda hard as well. Payback deserves more love than its getting atm, and I do want to see Tyler and the crew again and see how Arkwright are connected to all of this.
I missed the old fashioned need for speed games where they make first person live action cutscene..

Tyler Morgan might be the best racer in the city but he's so damn young (I thought he had 20 years old but If I'm not wrong, he's 23 years old)😮. For me, he has inspired me. Idol. Legend. 🏁🏆
I know right, he reminds me of Tobey Marshall from 2014s need for speed movie since nfs payback is very similar to the movie in a way the main protagonist gets his revenge against a rival racer for doubt crossing him with some help from his crew.

Why EA does remove some bad words such as the "shit" by tyler in e3. Is "sh-" in the final game. Also in game Nova calls tyler son of a bitch. So i dont get it
It probably would unnecessarily ramp up the age rating, and they most likely want to keep the teen rating.
That‘s kinda the case with Persona 5. It‘s rated Mature. Pegi and USK were a bit less strict and went with 16.

tastes are like colors. In my personal opinion the cutscenes of NFS 2015 they did gave the old NFS MW/Carbon Live Action cutscenes' vibes, but this one from Payback they gave the Underground 1's CGI cutscenes ones.
15 minutes of cutscenes for beginning, and a bit more than 5 for whole story and ending. Great.
It might shows two things:
- They might didn't finished the story, we know, that there were some cut parts of the story.
- This one is more real - guys, that was responsible for a story, are a dumb fucks, including guys, that was responsible for cutscenes.
The animation is pretty bad for AAA.

Payback seriously is just a worse fast and furious movie and all those movies are complete shit except Tokyo drift
And fast forward to 2020, we get Fast & Furious Crossroads from Slightly Mad Studios in response of this game's failings, which features some of the worst voice acting I've ever seen in any medium that makes Chuunibyou, Inou Battle,and Azur Lane anime english dubs look like freaking Cowboy Bebop, Samurai Champloo, Fullmetal Alchemist, Black Lagoon, Ghost In The Shell and Haruhi Suzumiya by comparison

Definitely not perfect, the upgrading system is horrible. BUT... the story mode is fun. Nothing remarkable and a bit cheesy but that's how it's always been with this franchise. There's also a nice variety of missions and rides which makes it a fun enough time. A different game for this type of franchise for sure, but around 80% of it is just fine and a decent time. :)
