It’s crazy to hear someone describe how I feel. I’m literally stuck in my own head and I have to push myself to do things. Thank you for always keeping it 100
Start little by little, don’t stress and eventually everything will get better ❤️
Same girl, I have to remind myself like ok get out of my own head. Also make a list of things you need to do and stick to it. But also be realistic. I would make a wholeeeee list basically cleaning my entire house, getting groceries, and cook dinner. And let’s be honest. That’s too much. Take 15 minutes of your day to do something to make you feel better about yourself. And while you’re doing it think positive thoughts. No negative vibessss! ALSO find a hobby that was a big one for me

Can’t believe it’s been almost 4 weeks that you gave birth to your beautiful baby it’s so great your husband is helping getting to stay home with you wish my husband helped me like that but had to stay home with all my 6 kids struggle manage my stuff the cleaning the kids ect. Still I am..But someone had to go to work to pay bills.. your guys are very lucky.. blessed..

My dad just had hernia surgery in august that told him that if he waiting another day that he wouldn’t have made it and likely would’ve died in his sleep. Now he’s recovering still got a ways to go . Make sure your pops takes it easy!! 🙏🏼
