You can chop herbs or vegetables and mix them with something they love to eat for example egg whites it will make them try it once and it usually make them like veggies too you can also hang herbs or slices of carrot inside their cage it seems to make it more intresting for them
Interesante vídeo, sobre la dieta de las cacatúas 👍, es sorprendente la comida que le puedes dar al grandullón plumífero, parece un buffet libre 🤭, tiene de todo 👏👍
@@jellybirb3092 Just don't force taming, if he doesn't trust what you gave him, all you have to do is get away from the cage for 1 minute then start again, or you can try millets no birds can resist to them
@@NightWalker_Ryo tried that but uh he doesn’t really like any treats, he doesn’t play much with toys either, just him being next to people makes him happy
Hi! I just got a budgie and cockatiel today. Both male, not sure of their ages since I got them from an acquaintance who wasn't aware of them either. Is this diet good for both the birds?
Serve only one kind of vegetable, for example spinach, every single day. Someday your bird will try it and recognise it as a food. I would recommend to start with corncob and apple. I you have a strong relationship to your bird you can eat the food in front of him so it triggers its interest to try it. Keep in mind you have to continously repeat anything you want them to learn, they don't get it from the first time
I recently got a new cockatiel that is only two month old but the breeder said i cant give him any veggies and stuff untill he is five month old.. is that true???
How do we train the cockatials to eat veggies and fruits?
there are a whole lot of videos out there teaching these!

HOW YALL ARE SAYING YALL'S COCKATIEL DOESN'T EAT VEGGIES?! IF MINE DON'T GET THEIR DAILY CARROT, CUCUMBER, LETTUCE, THEY WILL EAT ME ALIVE
MY TIEL LITERALLY IS SCARED OF EVERY SINGLE DAMN THING AND DOESNT TRUST ANYTHING THAT COMES OUT OF MY HAND
I think his past owner had a diet of only seeds so it’s extremely hard to convert him to a good diet or fruits, veggies and seeds
@@jellybirb3092 my uncle (his past owner) told me he never gave him any veggies except sometime they have lettuce for their stomach
