sesame oil or any vegetable products don't have CHOLESTEROL in it , in this video by mistake i have mentioned that sesame oil has CHOLESTEROL instead of FAT , so i apologize for that mistake . fat in sesame oil gets converted into cholesterol in our liver , once again sorry for this mistake

Hi DR. I was about to point out the same mistake. Thanks for accepting and correcting it. Also please allow me to correct the pronunciation of Sesame . it is "Say Sum Ee"and not "See Sum". Thanks
I too noticed the same mistake. Also RDA for vitamin D seems to be 600 IU and not 200 as per many websites.
They recommand on average 15 minutes of sunlight exposure everyday. hence it seems wrong to say that 20 minutes of exposure will give vitamin D equivalent 100 days requirement of vitamin D.
If severe deficiency please consult physician and start medicine

Dinesh ji getting vit D from sun applies to any age but in oldage particularly above 50 the immune & digestive system becomes week so the body can't absorve vit D from food so sr person is adviced to be in sun with minimum clothing & skin with the help of cholesterol in our body will make vit D ,if it is too defficiet below the range of 20 he is advised to take suppliment too as normal range of Vit D shld be 30 -80 ng/ml (this may vary from lab to lab but app.will be same )this I am sharing my experience as I am facing this problem, but before taking /giving any medicine to some one plz consult ur doctor .

@@dineshkansara8482 ji nothing to thanks this I shared my experience &problem if helps someone I will be happy ,as I am facing defficiency of D3 & B12 both so we can improve B12 by taking vit B rich food but Vit D is very less in food so one has to take it from sunlight that too in the morning from 8-10 am or 4-6pm rest of the day it give uv rays too &have to take vit D rich food too better to be in sun as foreigners u see taking sunbath at sea beachs but it depends on age & skin color too,I am also sr citizen &faced the problem ,now improvement is there but it is part of the life at this age .
