Is there a easy way to build a downloable guide so that the user needs to add name, surname, email and then a checkbox whether he/she want's to join a newsletter. If the user clicks then download we can give the guide as a file straight away, so that the user doesn't need to go to email to download it? And at the same time the user will start receiving newsletter. Isn't that more suitable and is it doable with Webflow and Zapier?

What custom email address hosting server would you recommend for local business? what do you think if I were to integrate zapier with zoho mail?

Nice video, but now you have me curious... are you not able to hook up an email service provider like Active Campaign/MailChimp/Drip with Webflow? That way, outside of just delivering the ebook they're opting in for, you're able to begin an autoresponder sequence? Thanks much
Easy. You can use the same process Ran outlined here but instead of triggering an email, ad an active campaign tag that triggers an automation in active campaign. OR you could use an active campaign form instead of a webflow form and put an action on the form's submissions to ad a tag to do the aforementioned, or directly start an automation.

I have a question Ran, when you showed the test e-mail you received, you could see that the e-mail came through Zapier. Is there a way to mask that so that it seems like the e-mail was received directly from the client's domain? Helpful video btw!
Just SMTP by Zapier instead of Email by Zapier. It will allow you to send emails with any email providers by using SMTP.

Ryan is right. Another option (which is actually what we ended up doing), is send the email from mailchimp instead of Zapier, since you have more options to design the email

I have a client that has multiple downloadable assests so I use a CMS to build it with a form inside BUT as the form is always tha same within the CMS page it can not send different files... Can that be done?

Hi Ran, i’m trying to not only use Zapier for gated content but even automation of a whole CRM using airtable. Sure, when you have something simple like a mail with a link Zapier is free. When you want to do something a bit more complicated Zapier is even unpayable for simple humans. Just so you know, I think is too easy to tell everyone that Zapier is free when it’s actually not at all free. Just saying 🤘🏽
I’m a paying customer and love Zapier. For the case I showed here - there’s no need to pay. I’ve set my clients up with 2 different integrations, and they are not paying Zapier.
