Ritu looks like a very disciplined learner and a fighter. Her discipline and hardwork will make her one of the greatest MMA fighter. She has improved a lot especially hand and elbow strikes but still need to improve knees and kicks. Hope she is working on this with her team.

This shows how all the Asian and western Martial arts do not focus much on strength and more on muscle tone. While all the indian martial arts and exercises improves the bone strength. Still everyone in India runs behind karate, taekwondo and other martial arts. So sad to see so many native Indian martial arts forms going extinct.
