I am 76 years old, have arthritis up and down the spine and hips and neck. I’ve been on my spiritual path for the last 60 years and I’m still continuing to work on myself, i.e. trying not to judge myself or others and let go of reacting. Right now, I am at the point where I just don’t give a fuck about anything anymore, no motivation or desire to do anything. So full of chronic fatigue and pain, and right now all I’m doing is taking a shower in the morning if I’m lucky enough to get any sleep at night. After the shower, I’m so exhausted. I just want to take a nap. Instead of doing that I spend most of my days just watching Netflix, walking, if I have the energy and then going to bed around midnight. I feel guilty for just watching Netflix and other channels, but I truly don’t have the energy to do anything else, and also can’t be around people. I live in a senior citizen home where the average age is 89 and none of them and I mean none of them, have a clue about anything. In my earlier days and still at present, I have Soul knowledge and used to be a metaphysical teacher. And now I don’t know what the fuck I’m doing here. If I didn’t have a deep sense of knowing and of connection to source, I would’ve taken myself out by now. Thank you so much for your insight and videos. I am 89 going on 150, ride my bike about 10 miles every Saturday morning with a friend and walk for about 1/2 hour a few times a week..

He’s helped my parents tremendously by removing blockages not from just this lifetime but from inherited emotions which has taken so much from them. Keep in mind that so many people would love to have a place to stay & food. What if you were homeless with kids to feed? Your life can be good. Maybe start by simply moving a little bit more & enjoying the simple things, like a tree, a bird...look at the cool shapes of the clouds...get outside yourself? Hope this helps

Congratulations on your baby and new manifestations. Personal blueprints, astrological/numerology etc, also have a lot to do with what is happening personally for us all as well. Each person has their own journey on this ascension path so not all are going through what EA is describing. Some have already been through this despite what is going on in the cosmos etc. I also have been through so much clearing, processing & changes in my 68 yrs and finally am able to manifest goodness & a new art business that's taking off after years of struggle. Keep on your own path & listen but don't take on other people's realities. Stay in your own lane. ❤

2024 has been most difficult. All the symptoms you mentioned. Being attacked in my dreams & knowing I'm under attack consciously. I couldn't come out of the dream. I was so deep I couldn't even open my eyes. I was walking through a gauntlet of demons. I finally started praying and I immediately returned & came out.

Have you tried some lemon balm and holy basil tea? Or other herbs and spices for anxiety... or grounding practices? Also, try calling in your team and ask them to take any energy that isn't yours as well as any low vibration energy and give it back to source... doing that helps me ALOT I'm SOOOOOO GRATEFUL that I found sage Goddess on CZcams 7 years ago because she is who taught me about our weight and anxiety can be from holding other peoples energy

Thankyou soooo much for making a video about this. Just Saturday morning my co-worker and I were talking about this. My sister is in the middle if Chemo, just had a bone marrow transplant. Auntie just had a pacemaker put in. Mother-in-law has heart issues and procedures done to remove excess fluid around the heart and try and shock her heart out of afib. Uncle hospitalized for infection. My daughter has been sick and potentially hearing damage (I really hope it is NOT permanent-she is inly 14!) Our 6 lb chihuahua healing from a dogfight (got in a fight in the middle of the night with her dog siblings.) Oh, and my niece was in the hospital for a pancreatic flare-up. My friend is trying to care for her sister and brother-in-law after they miraculously survived a head-on-collision. Plus, she is caring for her sisters 3 cats & her own 2. All this while raising two boys. She has a two side businesses she is trying to handle by herself -and she has to rent a hotel while her apartment complex fixes her shower that literally crumbled down. My friend and I both have full time jobs. This only scratches the surface. I don’t know how any of us keep our sanity. Alot if things get neglected until it has to be dealt with. It is honestly just too much. We have survived so much, we both just pick up and keep on moving, but it is beyond challenging. I noticed this pattern of unfortunate ecents with others around too. I’m a Scorpio, so obviously I think it’s the towers crumbling around us and we will be forced to surrender and rebuild. Another theory is it is lingering effects of the solar eclipse mirroring our polarized inner reality. I have had this happen with a lunar eclipse before. I think the way out-is in. Take up meditation a few times a day, practice Qigong or Kungfu to change our mental state. More exercise couldn’t hurt. I think holding that middle-line or middle way will be more essential for our mental health and survival more than anything in the next few years. I think purging is important now- anything that is not necessary then let it go , in order to simplify our lives. If our cosmic family has ideas-it is appreciated❣️Thanks for the space to vent. 😅
I was hit with a very uncharacteristic RAGE and what felt like a psychic break yesterday over an argument with my mom. I could not snap out of a deep depression, anxiety, panic, and grief over being so angry with her. Such a sad day, and not sure if it was a psychic attack or realizing I have some inner child issues I need to resolve.
What happened? Do you feel like your anger was justified, however? Because if so, don’t beat yourself up. These moments sometimes just need to happen, and are always very hard. But also, at times, very necessary. You can’t do the work of two people. You can only meet a person where they are, and sometimes, if where they are, is too far, you just need to step aside, gain some perspective. If the other person won’t meet you halfway, you really can’t do that work for them. You wouldn’t be doing them any favors, or yourself, in the long run. These relationships are tough, but they also change. They go through peaks and valleys. It’s all okay, and it’s okay that it’s hard. If it was truly irrational and nutso, you can just apologize, sincerely and she is your Mom, so she will understand. You good, girl.

Yes! Getting sick more often. Headache’s, feeling low on energy. Telepathy, feeling people’s emotions. Just knowing instantly how they feel. Feeling incredibly in touch with nature. Intense feeling of happiness and gratitude that I start to cry. Also feeling clarity on subjects I didn’t understand before. Just this morning feeling so much energy that I couldn’t sit still. The day before I felt completely drained. Omg I’ve also felt like I was in a different world and between worlds. It was such a weird feeling.

Reading these comments I have to say that at this specific moment in time we are all going through alot of mental, emotional and physical trauma; just like Mother Earth is expressing her pain and anger, through earthquakes, volcanoes, floods for all the suffering we have caused her! It's part of the ascension ... to break out of the 3rd dimension we have to break through! Face our shadow self!
Many think of themselves as Lightworkers and maybe think that because we listen to channels like Elizabeth April that we have made it over the finishing line, but in most cases our journey has just begun. It's a good thing because we get to take a look at "us" , who are we really? Love and authenticity has to come from the BEING LEVEL not the intellectual level! So now we are being tested, everything is being thrown at us... family issues, work issues, health issues ...everything! It's exhausting but we have to not only rise above it but to be mindful of the wonderful opportunity it gives us to truly find and deserve our place in this wonderful, peaceful, joyful New Earth and others will follow our example, that's why we CHOSE TO COME HERE AT THIS AMAZING TIME OF ASCENSION 🙏.

Was going to have a go about the politics. Watched all the way to the end and realised something prophetic. I watched politics vigorously for the last 20 years daily. Our journeys seem very similar and full of colour. You are a lovely soul and a breath of fresh air my dear and a gift to the modern era. I believe in everything you said in this video and here it is.... the but. We must engage to a degree in politics that we dont make the same mistake ever again. Let us make that world our best efforts and free our species.
