you have no idea how much I needed this. My inner Child never moved passed the age of 6 and she manifests herself in my Anxiety Attacks and it's really scary for me.

I have never Commented on any social media except for Facebook. And even that is rare. But last night this was playing on my earbuds as I was sleeping off and on. Then you said something about thinking of someone who we have an authentic friendship/relationship with who really knows and loves us. I couldn’t think of anyone who has ever really been like that for me. But over the years as I’ve peeled off the onion layers, I’ve learned that I really never could’ve had that because I was always in survival mode which for me meant being an extreme people-pleaser. Since I could never be authentic myself, I had never had that “one person”. Then, you talked about all of our little traumas and that it’s OK to get them out, that we need to. Out of nowhere, I started crying my eyes out. I was so surprised. But it felt so good to cry so hard and by that to realize that I do have a lot of unaddressed traumas. I always thought that a trauma was something very major.
I apologize for the book. I guess I just couldn’t help myself because I’ve never Commented and because I wanted to tell you how much that meant to me. This is the only one of your videos I’ve watched, but I’ve seen a lot of your clips. You have definitely found your calling, I think! I bet it feels really good to help people like you do.

Some of your videos have black borders at the top and bottom. If they are watched on widescreen displays (most today's phones), there are black borders on all sides, which is suboptimal.
I suggest for your future releases that you would cut the borders off and release your videos widescreen. It would change almost nothing for viewing on viewports not wider than 16:9, and it would reduce black borders on viewports wider than 16:9.
