@@micaiahdube3157 As a gymnast I know that backflips and back handsprings are two VERY different skills and you would not want to train a backflip with a back handspring.
@@maiagates-fd4tt well for a lot of people, backflips are scary, and a back handspring is something that people can learn before that to become more comfortable with going over your head backwards. You can look at most backflip tutorials, and they will have you start with back handsprings. In my gym, we have our level 3s start by learning a back handspring, then start going so high they do a backflip. I have also been doing gymnastics for 3 years, I think I know some of this stuff

As a professional gymnast I know that the first one isn’t a backflip it is a backhand spring and it’s not called backflip it’s proper phrase is backtuck😊
I can't💀🤪
Not to flex but i work at a trampoline park so i can do a backflip on the ground and if you wanna learn it believe in yourself you can do it
Practice doesn’t make perfect, it makes improvement
Well, practice, when approached with intention and dedication, is the alchemical process that transforms raw potential into perfection. Each repetition acts as a chisel, carving away imperfections and honing precision. Through this relentless pursuit of refinement, skills are not merely polished but elevated to a state of mastery. Perfect practice becomes the crucible where the extraordinary is forged, shaping an individual's abilities into a pinnacle of excellence that transcends the ordinary.
Awesome 👍😎 and amazing 😍🤩
The basketball kids are all Steph Curry's sons but different mom
People who have a backflip.
Having kids do something that could do stuff to their mental health, like them starting to do basketball stuff at 1, and their parents having the kid train more and more can do some damage to the kids mental health, would just be a bad choice of action from parent's
I made a ball kick into a hoolahoop and it went through…. WHILE IT WAS SPINNING
Well done
