    For me, trying to fight negative thoughts is futile. I would have a better chance fighting the ocean tide. Instead, I observe them and don’t try to change them. Stay with the witness consciousness and see positive and negative thoughts come and go. See calmness come and god, see agitation come and go. Acceptance of all, in the witness observation. Everything happens in awareness.
    But yes, I try to read the best things, talk to the most positive people, say loving things to myself when I am very upset and practice service to others and regular meditation two times a day. And I go to 12 step meetings as often as possible. And listen to Christian and Vedantic and Buddhist videos on CZcams.🌻

    Humanity needs these ancient teachings now and very urgently. The stress levels are so high in our modern interconnected world that we must find practices to counteract this. Yoga and meditation, developed thousands of years ago ironically, contain the antidotes. What a great teacher!

    Your thoughts, messages and suggestions are undoubtedly par excellence, Pravarajika Ji. You also have excellent content and structure of presentation. But looking into the pre-occupied minds of the present generation, in order to draw their attention, we need to convey these through story telling. This also helps in retention of the message. Thanks a lot you, Ma'am.

    (C+M)×S =Sy or [C+M+S=Sy] 🧘‍♂️
    C= Concentration
    M= Meditation
    S= Samadhi
    Sy= Samayama
    Or simply put:
    C+M= S
    C+M+S= Sa
    The process of focusing mind on any point or object is called Concentration.
    The process of continued Concentration with respect to time is called Meditation.
    When Meditation deepens and the meditator overtime loses the sense of time and gets deeply involved in the flow of Meditation is called Samadhi.
    When the meditator loses himself from the point or object he is meditating and the point or object concentrated upon 'shines and illuminates' (cannot be explained in words) is called Samayama.
    To use an anology,
    Like the rays of the Sun, our thoughts are scattered and dispersed in all directions, we keep thinking about all kinds of things directionlessly.
    Like a ray of a Sun, our thought wave is called as 'Vritti'
    Like the rays of the Sun are concentrated upon a point can burn that point on paper,
    So the Magnifying glass is doing is Concentration, the continued Concentration until it burns is Meditation, when it starts burning onwards is Samadhi, when the fire spreads and all the paper is burning 'illumination or shines' in itself is called Samayama. I call it CMSS.

    Thank you for bringing specific extremely valuable wisdom.
    It is understandable that Hindi is very closely tied to this wisdom, but as someone who is not familiar with Hindi these parts are completely not understood.
    Previous courses had more English, so maybe something in vision has changed.
    If use of Hindi is non negotiable so to speak, it would be amazing to have English subtitles available.
    Please do not underestimate the importance of this wisdom.

Give up talk of dualism and Advaita When were you two or one? Talk not of yoga to make you pure, you are pure by your very nature, None can teach you Swamiji
