actually the first outfit looks like a cool stage outfit while the second was is something you can wear more often but both are really great! i love sehyoon's style.
I have also seen students in fashion school here wear such attire (sometimes) 'cause they want to standout. Also fashion runaways take on this style alot especially the first look. It is an expensive look because of leather. Most of my college friends cannot afford this.
