- Porgs were the cute bird creatures introduced in Star Wars The Last Jedi, living on the planet Ahch-To. Theses loveable creatures have shown up in many places since the last Jedi and some of them are even named in canon. Today I will explain the porgs and go through every canon porg, I hope you enjoy!

Porgs explained in one second: Cute🥰
I think it's worth mentioning that porgs seem obsessed with the color blue. I don't know if it’s an evolutionary trait but that's what I noticed.
That’s an interesting point you’ve brought up. I haven’t really seen anything in canon suggesting there’s something special about the colour blue for porgs, but I guess what you’ve noticed would make sense in terms the ocean being where they get their food, and the watery nature of their home.
Not to mention the blue puff cubes
rw:they look like a mixture of Penguins and Owls.^_^
Porgs are so cute😊 i love them
They fully understand the force and nature but can't translate it to others.
They’re adorable
Agreed
Porgs are so cute
As much as I hate Star Wars Last Jedi, they sure did introduce a new cute alien species.
I really love the picture in 2:38
Also the story that you were mentioning about Hondo and the porg in the prison cell reminds me of another comic book issue from Star Wars Adventures Annual 2021; with a similar story where Han Solo and Chewbacca we're imprisoned at jabba's palace and Hoojib ( a literal bunny rabbit) rescues Han and Chewbacca by chewing the cables on the door panel.
Fun fact: I ended up getting that comic book issue because I thought that Jaxxon was going to appear in the comic story.
Unfortunately he just only appeared on the cover.
The porgs definitely are cute. Also that image is from galaxy of creatures on the Star Wars kids CZcams channel. I’d say that this style does really suit the porgs, especially as they’re already cute creatures and the style emphasises this cuteness.
Also It’s really interesting that parallel you found between the hondo story and the one in the Star Wars adventures annual 2021. It’s interesting how similar ideas can be found in different areas of the universe and how they are told in different ways, using different characters
@@VaultHolocron I was thinking that you wouldn't respond to me after a day later. 😅
What's the name of the Comic with the porgs that you mentioned? I wanna buy it
Sorry for the late response. I think you are referring to the Ghosts of Kashyyyk story. This story was told in Star Wars Adventures 27, 28, and 29.
@@VaultHolocron Thanks :)

A murder of porgs….in other words death by adorableness?
