Man that 2 minute raid ad was rough
As a big Batista fan, I was lucky to see him hold the big gold belt multiple times. Unfortunately we only got to see Orton hold the World Heavyweight championship what, once? It looked good on him too. He held Cena's spinner title a bunch though.
Twice maybe three times. He won it a second time in the feud with Christian. Lost it and then I believe he won it back so three I would have to double check.

Randy Orton was a 4 time, as well as the final World Heavyweight Champion. He won it from Chris Benoit at Summerslam 2004, from Christian on an episode of SmackDown in 2011, from Christian at SummerSlam 2011, and from John Cena at TLC 2013
