The mass climb to Komsomol Peak (4376 m)

And according to this, the safety of the participants of the mass climb is controlled by Emergency Situations of Almaty city, Emergency rescue service at the "Almaty Akimat Rescue Service", ROSO of the Emergencies Ministry of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the FA of Almaty.
