Hahaha it's all word play! Especially for Abrar Ul Haq, the absolute LEGEND. I didn't catch the time stamp but when he sang "come sit on my cycle" it's actually a famous line from the title track with the name name "bay ja cycle te". We all grew up listening to Ul Haq and his songs will never get old!

Sir, greetings from Pakistan. Just loved it. The reaction was awesome. Yourself are absolutely right. It is a song for the weddings. He is uttering lyrics like Dancing like a cow for mother-in-law for amusement of other participants in the wedding when the song is played or sung and mother-in-law's do not mind it on that day but also join the dance activity on this occasion of happiness. And all enjoy thoroughly on that day. This is a typical wedding song sung in weddings in the largest province of Pakistan namely "Punjab". I was also smiling to the limit while watching the reaction, which was too good and really enjoying. Abrar-ul-Haq is a very popular singer for such songs. One always want to get up and dance while listening to his songs, full of beat, groove and rhthym. Wishing the best for this great channel at all times. Warm regards

Your guess is correct that it is wedding song. There is special Genre of Punjabi music called "Boliyan" and it is very special for weddings and the lyric are sung typically are humorous in which bride and groom party makes fun of each other like a conversation.
