    This is unbelievably helpful. I love how Joe doesn’t just show one way to throw it either he covers multiple variations, different scenarios where it can be used and most importantly what NOT to do to avoid getting countered. Thank you for all the informative content Joe!

    I roll from my heel. So when I finish my switch step I'm on my heel, and I roll up onto my toes for either a knee or a kick.

    heya thank you so much for your tutorials , there's so much to learn for every video on this channel . i have question here about the second variation . step out switch kick , dnt you think doing the step out variation would be kind of telegraph to the opponent . can you also make a video on setting up the elbows with knees in clich position :)

    Hey love your tips Bazooka, You look way big now days compared to ur fighting days u must weigh at least 180 lbs, I had question I wanted to get a punching bag if I had to choose between the Muay Thai bag v traditional bag, which one should I go for I love Muay Thai kicks and practicing them, but I don't have much room I'm hanging the bag if a pull up bar which is 7 feet in height any suggestions which bag and which weight I should choose I weigh 175 lbs
