Where TF did YOU come from, brah?!? [unintentional Hunter spawn!!]

While chasing the first Season 3 Manhunt, "Shade", in Tom Clancy's 'The Division 2', a Hunter (arguably the most powerful, feared and respected NPCs in the game) somehow spawned unintentionally - whether by myself or the clusters of other faction NPCs in the smallish area! At first, I thought I'd caught a clip of a "Stalker" Hunter spawning...until I scoped on him and saw the yellow health bar...and he saw and advanced on me!

Oh no it's definitely not unintentional. He is supposed to spawn with each Manhunt Target then disappear till the Schaffer mission.

I’m beginning to believe this is the Psycho Hunter the dataminers found in the files

This is also confirming that the hunters work with black tusk

@@turtlemasteralpha3320 It is the psycho hunter, I would say that this Hunter in particular has Black Tusk Background. We won't know until the end of the Manhunt Season when we can kill schaffer, I believe the Hunter is going to be a boss in the mission
