  • Tear down the Suzuki 450 front Differential, to replace all bearings & seals, oil' gear oil 90.Note how the diff lock was sized due to no oil left inside the differential caseing. These parts are all replaced with Suzuki geuine parts, most of the bearings & seals are unique to the king quad, & can't be supplied from a bearing retailer. In my next video Part 2, I will be rebuilding the Diff.

Which bearings did you use for the differential... the ones that go out to the axles?..according to measurements they are a 60/28... i tried them but they seem way too tight on the gears where the bearing sits or pressed on

Hi Criscos’ the size is correct, but we bought genuine Suzuki bearings, I bought off the shelf one's first, and they don't fit. I noticed the genuine bearing from suzuki had been internally ground, so send them in for grinding 👍if you watch part two, the new bearings go onto the shaft with ease. hope this helps

@@Robonthemoor i returned the bearings that i purchased and ordered one's from my suzuki dealer.. could take up to 3 months to arrive.... i didn't mind paying 55 bucks plus taxes for suzuki ones but didn't want to wait that long... thanks for replying i appreciate the advise

@@criscoscorner3791 yes it is a long wait, I was waiting about 4 weeks. To have them ground out was about £15 each, but I waited for the Suzuki genuine ones.
