I thinks it's BSCO for "Blaine County Sheriff's Office," not LSSD for "Los Santos Sheriff's Department."
I have looked at the cars and stations and some cars say Los Santos Sheriff's Department and Some say Blaine County Sheriff's Office. The paleto bay station says Paleto County Sherriff's Office but the cars say Los Santos County Sheriff's Department.
