Why is turkey in the E.U to begin with ?, they are not Europeans , they have nothing in common with European countries other than technically being geographically in Europe.
As a Turk, I totally agree. Turkey doesn't need Europe, as a trading partner okay, but else, I don't see what we should do with Europeans. For example, Turkey is one of a few countries that can feed itself (super fertile for agriculture) and is not depending to the outside or an alliance for that.
Great differences between Turkey and the US /Germany over Syria. The west has underestimated Turkeys seriousness about the PKK Kurds issue in Syria. The PKK issue is one of the few things where the turkish Opposition and the turkish ruling party has the same opinion.

@DMB Y You mention monetary policy, but the countries you name are all Euro countries. Not every EU country is a Euro country. Some because they did not pass the criteria, Some because they don't want and let the people decide wheater implementing Euro or not. There is also another thing which you forget to mention. A country who enters EU is neither a netto-payer or a netto-receiver. Until now, Turkey alwas was a netto-receiver without being a member. So far no Turkish administration ever had problems with that. Free money to "support and build democracy" Year after year. Somehow something went wrong with this.

For example, Turkey is one of a few countries that can feed itself (super fertile for agriculture) and is not depending to the outside or an alliance for that.
why is west in middle east they not middle eastern or asian get the fcuk out.
Not trying to interview, but instead to undermine and provoke the interviewee. An interrogation
Yeah Turkey Yeah 🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷🇹🇷
Great differences between Turkey and the US /Germany over Syria. The west has underestimated Turkeys seriousness about the PKK Kurds issue in Syria. The PKK issue is one of the few things where the turkish Opposition and the turkish ruling party has the same opinion.
It doesn't matter what party in Turkey, everyone, I'm not joking, EVERYONE! will stand together when it comes to foreign forces trying to divide the country. If there is even the slightest opposing force the country will become a fist. Who doesn't know that, has no idea about Turkey.
Kalin always leaves the answer.
This old interviewer cherry-picks and refuses to use the facts within its context!!!....... It is like someone being accused of killing another person and yet the accuser wants to deny if it was even self-defense
If you don't use a fact within its context, it will not be anymore a fact but it is a rhetoric joke that everyone can see!!
Asking questions. But he doesn't listen to the answer. Ibrahim Kalın constantly interrupts. He won't listen to him.
Support for erdogan and 🇹🇷
❤️
I love turkey 😍😍😍
why do you ask questions even if you don't wanna hear the answers all.
I don't like ibrahim kalin but journalist don't let him talk he just wants to win the debate.
Cuz he is not answering the question . he has digressive sayings.
Turkey is a sovereign and independent country, great interview with Mr Kalin
This journalist is unprofessional, biased
I would recommend my fellow Turks not to join EU.
The first thing Turkey had to give up when they become member is their souvereignity. So no longer a Turk in charge, but "Brussels" So how would Turkish look at that?
@DMB Y You mention monetary policy, but the countries you name are all Euro countries. Not every EU country is a Euro country. Some because they did not pass the criteria, Some because they don't want and let the people decide wheater implementing Euro or not. There is also another thing which you forget to mention. A country who enters EU is neither a netto-payer or a netto-receiver. Until now, Turkey alwas was a netto-receiver without being a member. So far no Turkish administration ever had problems with that. Free money to "support and build democracy" Year after year. Somehow something went wrong with this.
Turkey is not member of EU they help EU
We do not want a barbarian nation to join the EU.
@Anas it's not working sanctions are upon Turkey from the EU and more to come.
Wow no wonder he is spokesperson for Erdogan such a logic and he is on the right side of history
an English word explains the Western attitude to the outside of his land&territory clearly. That word is ^^hypocritical^^
...Don't use words that you don't have a clue the meaning of the words as well as the etymology of the words...
110%
A very very tense interview and Mr. Kalid did a good job, nobody buys Turkey's discourse on its fight against terror? Well, Turkey doesn't buy your so-called human rights violation pressure card either.
Patience...
This old man is rude and doesn’t listen.
This old man is rather rude. I would not event talk with hin, i would lough sbout him, while i am watching him😂
The interviewer does not have respect.... I would like the spit in his face but He is An old man....so..... That would prevent me to spit in his face. Even he is disrespectful.... I need to respect his age...this is the way of Turks.
"The interviewer does not have respect" '' I would like the spit in his face'
That old man did not want the truth he just wanted the answer that he wanted... Very biased and did not have the man the chance to state his point of view.
Ibrahim Kalin speaking facts and shutting down the reporter. Turkey is handling the crisis caused by USA in the first place. They have neutralised many Syrian cities which the US and western countries hate, because they have never been able to achieve that in Afghanistan, Iraq or Syria.
Who are you to raise your voice? What a rubbish style journalism.
You talk too much Mr.old man
You talk a lot of things that you want to believe and make up. Turkey is a beautiful country and safer then here 🇹🇷👍🏻🇹🇷👍🏻🇹🇷👍🏻
Great job done by Mr. Kalin... Mr. Sebastian acted like an old bulldog try to intimidate his guest but could not succeed
Is he too old to live until he needs to interrupt him everytime he answer?
I subscribed to this channel thinking that there would be intelligent interviews done. Animals in the wild have a more civil conversation with substance then this. Unsubbed.
If you want puff piece interviews you should watch Oprah.
@@jonpender Who is Oprah ?
Tim Sebastian rocks as always !!!!
Aliyev rocks you and ask: What happened Pashinyan?
15:56 is cut to silence Kalin?
exactly
This is not Question And Answer this is b/w Ibrahim Kalin and White-shirted Terror
The interviewer is not using his ears. Why doing aan interview if you don’t want to listen
You need a voice engineer in this program
Absolutely
Love you Turkey ❤
Well done Mr turk you won
The interviewer should be ashamed. This is a bad interview . The more you keep doing this the more you will alienate your audience. Plz learn to listen even if the answer is not what you looking for.and stop these fishing questions, and arguments from authority
Why there is no investigation of war crime of US, UK, France and other country in Iraq, Syria, Libya and afganistan.
Turky is only involved in the issue which are on there border,.
But none of above country not are even 500 KM near EU or US.
European Union is playing with Turkish country so many years this is the most shameful public disgrace.
NO!
They don’t belong in the EU!
This old man so hostile did is not the way to conduct a interview.
K.O. win by Kalin
This guy know what he is saying.
im very proud turkey people and turkey foriegn policy god bless you
from somalia
who selected him journalist?who was only reading what he brought,Indeed,Audience appeared to clear what is actual dealings going.bad presenter,
Turkey have every rights to secure its borders
On the other hand this is not an interview it's an argument
Great example from mr. Kalin about the Berlin unification but he was'nt let to talk about this issue because when they does it is no problem but when Turkey does it is a big problem! Let this man to speak because Europe had so many dark days in the past and they will never admit it!
LOL.DO U EVER HEARD ABOUT CONSTANTINOPLE before in ur life or do u have basic awareness of world history.
Firstly ,Ancient Constantinople is Now ISTANBUL , it's the Financial capital of Turkey and One of the Mega metropolitan city in the world.
Secondly, Turkey is in Europe and Asia but it's officially recognised as in Europe.
Thirdly, Europeans never be Europeans without the Constantinople and Byzantine Empire.nepolian benapart the great king's famous quotes is that "i have a dream to make one kingdom in the world and make Constantinople (istanbul) it's Capital".
Turkey deserve to be member of EU.it will boost economic development along with other EU members.Don't discriminate anyone by their Race, colour, ethnic or religious background.
Peace
Well Done Ibrahim Kalin well answered where he would allow you, as usual Tim Sebastian a lot of noise no facts no substance second rate reporter it sounds like you was told by the west what to say and ask ........
The angry grandpa doesn't let Mr.Kalın talk. I am bothered with his style and skipped the video.
He bais and does not wait his answers
