Can a sales person that is placing an order see the account balance for a customer so that they can know whether to process the order with Net terms? We need our customer service and sales associates to update accounts before new orders are placed. Thank you!
I've received emails from sales force with people's personal info and bomb making instructions attached. When I contacted sales force the Asian guy laughed and hung up watch dealing with this company.

Let me tell all of you, Salesforce sucks ass. It's a marketing scheme that promises everything to managers, but is a very problematic, flawed, and tough-to-use system for those in the trenches. Most companies I've spoken to who have tried it (and spent a lot on it) have given up on it simply because you con't force the workforce to use a program that in no way benefits them, while at the same time making data so tough to get. Stats are easy to get, but the pertinent data? Nope. For simple sales organization, with limited customers, it can work. For companies that are getting 20, 50, 150 prospects a day, it just fails.
