    Thank you so much Dr. Alekseev. I've been looking for something to help me stand straighter, but at 85 it's hard. I was bending over pushing wheelchairs for too long! Now sitting slumped over for too long! So thanks!

      They say with exercise and proper nutrition, you can transform the body at any age. Just look at Ernestine Shepherd from Baltimore, Maryland. Or 93 yr. young Japanese trainer Takishima Mika. The key is to keep on, keeping on. 😊

    I am 74 years old. I've been doing facial exercises for over 30 years. But the exercises you showed using the tooth brush are amazing. I use my index finger instead of the tooth brush.
    I could never reach these muscles.Thanks for sharing your knowledge.❤
