Throwing Realmuto out in a Spring Training game will always be the most gigantic ego trip of all time.

Funny how umpires are consistently the worst part of MLB

I wouldn’t say all of them r, just the ones that think fans go to games to watch them. The worst umpires r the ones that try to make the game about them

@@brendan594at least you're one of the rare ones that actually realize that this is just a game and not that big of a damn deal because other commenters would have destroyed these umpires for just doing their job and not letting these players show them up and disrespectful in any shape or fashion because I don't understand why people have an issue when players get to say whatever the hell they want to say to these umpires and not have any repercussions it would be like us talking to our parents like that and not expecting them to whoop our ass afterwards regardless of age.

The Christian Walker ejection still baffles me Blue was just looking for a reason to eject him

Kazmir one was the catcher’s fault

MLB should scrap the entire umpire system and hire new ones without a union. Would be worth it just to get rid of Angel Hernandez. Are the AAA umps in the same union?

I’ve said this before, but I don’t think Burnett’s ejection was that unreasonable. Sure the umpire was kinda over-dramatic in how he reacted, but based on the context, him gesturing to the plate like “you wanna call that one a strike, huh?” is just asking for trouble. Showing an umpire up like that is something that’ll get you tossed.

Agreed. Chris should not have gone in front of the plate like that, but A.J. was rightfully tossed.

@@kylelawrence2887 I'm not sure if he is talking about the Roman Empire or the Star Wars Empire. And I don't remember anything about walking a dog in either one of those.

Tbh, and I'm serious, I think the backup catcher's for each team should be the HP Ump for the opposite team...If everyone's really honest, you might have 1 or 2 close calls but nothing more than that...Umps SUCK and are jealous that they realize how 💩ty they were at sports as kids...It's like the bullies or the kids that got picked on becoming 👮s...

You cannot argue balls and strikes.
The pitched for bit batter, looked intentional. No context is provide.
The Ejection of the catcher, should have had the ump suspeneded.
