When using fondant on whipped cream to prevent it from sliding off add chocolate to the back of your fondant and that will prevent it from falling off

I’ve had this happen to me with a cake no matter how thin I made it, it would still slide. I learned that when using fondant on whipped cream you need a thin layer of chocolate on the back of fondant due to the whipped cream being wet it makes the fondant melt when it touches it.

Baker/cake decorator tip: when using fondant decorations on whipped cream, add a thin coat of melted chocolate to the back of the decorations and let try before adding to cake 😊😊 Been there, done that 😩😉
