    Practical and thought provoking. A tip I found very helpful - I think it is one of yours - is to write my brain dump list on a sheet with two columns. The first column is the brain dump list items. The second column is the first action step for each item/task. It makes it so much easier to get started!

    I would use the timer to say “in five minutes I’m going to begin (task).” Because that’s where I really need the nudge. Then do it!
