Hey so I like your set up but I have a question. So every time you add a record like pink it goes to the next but what if later you get the same pink record is there a way to add it to a line that already has that record instead of putting I on a new line?

Can you make content how to prevent duplicate entry in google form
Will Google Forms not be the solution/answer to this?
Seems that would be more efficient and allows you to control all the functions but in a more convenient manner.

Actually the better way in my opinion would be with a webapp or appsheet
Forms is a nice idea, but it is not as flexible
It all depends on multiple factors:
Who will use it
You want to be able to fill it out in mobile, or mostly in desktops
Are a lot of people going to use it?
Do you want to have complex validations or not
