Only thing I'd love from you is to get the right measurements for each cutting and I'm good, I want to make 1 to start a business how could I get these measurements?
@@billb295 I have the blueprints which I bought years ago however I don't follow them when I build mine. I can give you a copy if you are still interested. I know these machines inside and out. For example many people use coarse thread instead of fine thread which is a bad idea. I did as well and learned fine thread will hold the spindles much better and it would take much more effort for the spindles to get loose. Also you should use a thrust bearings on the spindles or the up and down rotation won't be as sensitive and simulate a real wheelie. It will be a little slower however it is still helpful.
@@Micscience That's awesome I really appreciate it. I was going to just redesign it if I could not get drawings somewhere. Is there a cut list as well?? Are you building and selling these? Im actually a CAD designer, builder, fabricator inventor, sculptor, model maker, and special effects tech, etc. etc. with a pretty vast skill set. I worked in the film and toy industry for 30+yrs. Drawings will really help and much appreciated that you're willing to share. What's the best way we can communicate can I Email you? I have a few questions about it. and would love to see your finished builds if you are willing to share some pics. I like the thrust-bearing Idea makes a lot of sense to reduce the friction and wear on the pivots. I was actually thinking about a way to "slow down" the pivot action so the bike will pop up a bit slower because of the more drag. ? Seems like it would help for the beginning learning curve then you lose it up to get a more realistic feel of the wheelie. I spent a bunch of time yesterday looking at all the builds peps have done. I think KordA here has done a fantastic job, he's quite the skilled fabricator himself!
@@billb295 As far as the pivot action at least for me I thought it was slow enough compared to a free wheelie with no drag.I do build and sell them. If you plan to use the trainer on heavier bikes you should make sure the trainer frame is rigid with a decent wall thickness. I have used square tubing and pipe as well. It's a lot of work I powder coat my wheelie trainers which makes them look really nice. I have never had a hard time selling one. Well I would just send you the entire build plans. I would just need a place to send it such as an email.
@@Micscience I replied to you 2 times with my E M address so you can send the plans to me but it looks like the CZcams bots are deleting the message, LOL. I just looked it up.
