Heh, thanks... Great video to highlight the differences between better mics and the Blue Yeti. The NT5's everything was crisp and distinct sounding while being tingly, whereas the BY was slightly muddled in comparison, and everything wasn't tingly. Tingles were more driven by bass and volume for me.

The difference is really apparent with better headphones/iems than lower end/generic headphones/earbuds. Things get really noticeable when you start adding things like a DAC and headphone amp too...
I didn't really start appreciating ASMR videos and getting consistent tingles without improving my audio setup. But you have some of the best hand sounds/triggers consistently that I've come across; and I'm not typically a fan of them.

I think the mics are very important if its two seperate mics or binaural its always going to sound better than if its just a single mic with integraded stereo mics. So the Blue Yeti is overrated but I know a lot of asmrtists get is because its cheaper priced than other mics like the Rhode NT1A or Neumann mics. I really love how your NT5's sound though, I dont know what you do to them, they sound so crisp
It’s always better to have 2 separate mics ‘cos of sound is heard from 2 different directions like it should be) i’m not a fan of Blue Yeti at all - it’s too noisy🙄🥵 can’t listen to it at all but it’s definitely worth its price

Wow great video, the 2 NTF mics definitely sound better in terms of having a binaural effect which goes so well with hand sounds, the yeti would probably be better for whispers and general tapping methinks. Subbed 👍

The NT5 is defo cripser, nicely louder and has a much better binural effect but the blueyeti has a bass which is so nice and always has been.

the high end frequencies are too high, and it sounds very compressed. try raw audio without messing with it.
Blue yeti is too noisy - i can’t listen to it at all😵💫😵💫😵💫
